Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Blue Ocean Vista.
A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Full payment is due prior to the commencement of your trip unless otherwise specified.
The first action is always in making the decision to proceed.
This is a fundamental step, which most people overlook.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Blue Ocean Vista.
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of our suppliers, which may vary depending on the service booked.
Blue Ocean Vista reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as per our policy.

Travel Documents:

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and up-to-date.
Blue Ocean Vista is not liable for any costs or consequences incurred due to the traveler's failure to obtain required documents.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
Blue Ocean Vista is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of inadequate insurance coverage.

Responsibility:

Blue Ocean Vista acts as an agent for transportation carriers, hotels, and other suppliers, and assumes no responsibility for their acts or omissions.
We do not accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, howsoever caused, unless due to our negligence.

Changes to Itinerary:

Blue Ocean Vista reserves the right to make changes to your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or operational requirements.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes and offer suitable alternatives where possible.

Health and Safety:

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and able to participate in planned activities.
Blue Ocean Vista will not be held liable for any health-related issues or accidents that occur during the trip.

Force Majeure:

Blue Ocean Vista is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or government regulations.
